Creating, sharing, and overcoming obstacles is easier for some; in counselling we recommend healthy habits, positive affirmations, and creative projects for those who are able to cope without assistance; however, if you find negative self-talk, unhealthy habits or feelings, it is important to call and book an appointment with a counsellor to assist in dealing with the trauma and having your progress and well-being monitored.
